Each year, Equal Pay Day for All is held in April, but when we look at the wage gap for women of color, the gap is far greater. Black Women’s Pay Equity, which is observed on August 7th, presents the opportunity to discuss the obstacles that black women face in the economy. Join us for a conversations focusing on pay disparity, access to educational opportunities, and barriers that impact career advancement for women.
