The Freedom Fund Committee shall plan and conduct fund-raising activities, entertainment and other projects, for local and national purposes within the scope of the Association’s program. It shall work closely with the Finance Committee.
Annual Medgar Evers Awards Dinner
Every year we present the following awards to volunteers in the community who have strived to espouse the spirit of the NAACP in practice and in deeds. The award categories are: Youth Award, Rufus Frasier Human Relations Award, Daniel R. Acker Community Service Award and the Medgar Evers Civil Rights Award.
